Mr. Brunetti, a charter member, has been president since 1997, is a certified ASHI member & has been performing building & home inspections since 1981. He has made countless contributions to the association. Mr. Brunetti was appointed to the RI Contrators Registration Board by Governor Lincoln Almond. This is the board that oversees the licensing procedures for RI Home Inspectors. He is also licensed to perform Home Inspections in Connecticut & Massachussetts.

Mr. Lupien, also a charter member, has been Vice-President since 1997 & is a 3rd generation RI Builder. Mr. Lupien is a RI registerd contractor &
has been performing building & home inspections since 1977. Mr Lupien Has made numerous contributions to the association.
